    9# Golden Promise, 1 # Crystal 60, 1 oz US Fuggles (60 min), Wyeast 1968 ESB yeast cake from a brown ale.

    Mashed at 153 for 60 min.

    Malty and a little boozy. Great color.

    Pitched a second gen Belgian Ale yeast

    3/4 # crystal 40

    3 oz spalt - 60 min

    1 oz cascade dry hop 2 wks prior to kegging

    1 oz cascade dry hop 1 wk prior to kegging

    pitched a third generation wyeast 1056

    1 # crystal 60

    1 oz Chinook - 60 min

    1 oz Chinook - 15 min

    2 oz Cascade - flame out

    White Labs Belgian Ale yeast

     

  14. Slightly over-carbonated.
